Diet Lipton Green Tea with Citrus

it does say Natural Flavors

and claims to be a natural source of Anitoxidents then in little print it says 72mg of flavonoid antioxidents per serving

seems to me the only thing good in it is not much! But it does taste good and I don't have to force myself to drink it like I do water.

OK flavoured brine!  The only thing that would concern me is the amount of sodium, especially if you like salt on your food.

Why not just drink the real thing? Make some green tea and mix with cold water and some fresh squeezed orange juice or other citrus juice for flavoring. You can mix a little or a lot of green tea and keep the rest in the fridge to mix later. Looking at those ingredients, it does sound like you're drinking water with a spoonful of salt in it.  Grin
