Don't get weight and fitness confused. Fitness is to do with the state of your heart. Weight is just what worries us women! And to prove it I weight in at 168 pounds and I'm 5'6".
Oh I know that I am NOT fit. I'm a very poor example for health and fitness. Just sitting here feeling at a loss of air, my heart is racing a bit and I feel light headed.
hmmmmmmmm could be the four cups of coffee, several smokes...........and the granola bar combo I've eaten today. Hmmmmmmmmm and it's lunch time.
Every muscle I'm in possecession of is loose and flaccid. My belly bulges and my chin sags! No I am not fit, but I don't weigh much either.
