Hello Kelly, I am C. Leon, nice to meet you. Let me say you've done a great job with your site and this Fitness Forum!
The thing about Fitness Forums such as your, they are internationally useable. We not need to located in Dorset or England for that matter. I for one am visiting from the United States.

Keeping Fit, exercise and healthy living is a subject that all people world wide should have an interest in.

I however, have an interest but lack the drive. Possibly your posters and this Keep Fit with Kelly forum will help me in that regard. Inspire me!

BTW, I'm a middle aged, gray headed granny, that weighs on a good day about 110 pounds and about 5 foot 1 inch tall. On a bad day I weigh about 115 pounds!
I'd hate for someone to approach me with a pair of the caliber things to measure body fat though.

Don't get weight and fitness confused.  Fitness is to do with the state of your heart.  Weight is just what worries us women!  And to prove it I weight in at 168 pounds and I'm 5'6".

Oh I know that I am NOT fit. I'm a very poor example for health and fitness. Just sitting here feeling at a loss of air, my heart is racing a bit and I feel light headed.

hmmmmmmmm could be the four cups of coffee, several smokes...........and the granola bar combo I've eaten today. Hmmmmmmmmm and it's lunch time.

Every muscle I'm in possecession of is loose and flaccid. My belly bulges and my chin sags! No I am not fit, but I don't weigh much either. Laugh

how tall on a bad day? Laugh, well don't know.

ps, just had a moment of clarity, symptoms listed in my last post, might be attributed to the exercise youtube video and mental association with JWJ.

Hi, I am Melissa located in the U.S.
I  am not physically fit or heart healthy at this time. I have a goal though!!!
My goal you ask? To be physically fit and heart healthy by age 30!!!
Thats 4 months away. Can it be possible? I think so!
I am 5'6" and 130lbs.
I have been at my ideal weight for about a year and I just want to tone what I have
and lead an all around healthier lifestyle.

Keep Fit!!
Melissa
