Hi guys,

This is mt first post so I hope you can help out the newbie  Wink!!  I have recently moved to cavan town and find I would like to find a way to keep fit but also meet people. I was an irish dancer in m hay day but that was bout 6 years ago.  I'm in my late 20's and would love to get back into dancing, from teaching to joinin a dance troupe to just goin to classes, im open to anything!

Does anyone know of places I can talk to or can anyone give me some more information.  I may be crazy thinkin of going back, but what the hell!!!

Thanks,

Hello broccoli.

I can't really help you find a class.  I guess you've already tried the obvious of an internet search for fitness/dance classes in Cavan.  Have you tried asking at your local library or doctor's surgery?

Good luck.

PS I don't think you're crazy.
