When I was a wee lass I was extremely shy.  No-one believes me now though.  Then again I wouldn't believe me if I saw me on stage wearing skimpy fitness outfits and jumping around like a lunatic  Shocked

Exercise makes you feel so good, that I think the pleasure you would get jumping around would cancel out any feelings of embarrassment .. not that I would be jumping around.  Laugh
