I have had tons of luck with my pre ski fitness with Yoga. It really helps me stretch those muscles I generally don't use, but will use when skiing. My doctor probably would kill me if he knew!

I love the Crystal Light mixers too!

They are great for on the go. Just toss it in the water bottle and I'm on my way. Raspberry lemonade is my favorite!

I have had the most success with working out when I have a solid plan and support system. A friend of mine and I have developed a strong bond because of our fitness routine. Regular workout sessions and walks have changed my life for the better.

Having a solid exercise regimen where you monitor your heart rate levels is very important. This is especially important for older people who need to pay closer and closer attention to their help as they get older. Thanks for the tips.

Plastic surgeries exceeds the limits of cosmetic procedures. Repairing birth defects like cleft lip, treating for the burn marks, & repairing disfigurement due to illness & injuries are also some kinds of plastic procedures.

Though plastic surgeons do not get much respect from the society, they are the persons who are doing the great job. They make the people's look younger & prettier as well as repairing the disfigurements.

Plastic surgeons do some special cosmetic procedures like facial surgery & breast augmentation, facelifts & tummy tucks are also the major types of cosmetics procedures.

Soft tissue fillers & Botox are the minimum invasive fillers which help the licensed physician to set up a shop to provide these procedures. But remember doing the procedure by someone else except a surgeon or dermatologist is risky.

Person who had subjected to a fire he can successfully do a skin graft as well as the other one needs a facelift or tummy tucks. All of these are gifted to us by the plastic surgeons. So we have to thank for them.

Today cholesterol had become the leading factor for heart diseases. It goes parallel with smoking carrying excess weight, family history and a sedentary lifestyle. Lifestyle hence it’s a must to have a check up on your health (cholesterol) particularly if you’re over 50

If you’re over 5.5 mill moles per liter then you’re a high blood cholesterol patient. Anyway doctors will instruct you to keep your cholesterol level below 4.5 mmol/L if you’re a heart patient or a patient who suffers another risky disease.

Therefore you’ve to lower your cholesterol level and keep it in order to rescue from heart diseases etc. Here are some important steps to reduce the high cholesterol level.

a. Reducing excess weight-If you’re over weight, it’ll automatically increase your cholesterol level. Therefore    you’ve to reduce your excess weight and maintain a healthy weight.
b. Avoid the intake of saturated trans fats- These fats increase your cholesterol level. Normally these are introduced as bad fats. Foods like fried fast foods, bacon, sausages, chips , salty snacks, fatty meat, doughnuts etc,….. Contain all these bad fats.
c. Eat good fats- foods containing monounsaturated & poly unsaturated fats like oils, margarine/ soft spreads, avocado etc…. Will help you to reduce your cholesterol level.
d. Eat 30-50 g of unsalted huts per day.
e. Eat the plentiful of foods containing soluble fiber.
f. Buy low fat or skim milk and yoghurt and replace them to fat cheese and farm cheese.

These steps are mention in order Therefore obey it to the order and reduce your cholesterol level.

High cholesterol levels play a major role of giving you a cardiovascular disease. There are 2 ways of lowering cholesterd levels and also they are very safe.

1. Increase exercises.
2. Change diet to low or less saturated fats.

Together with there 2 facts, your physician may add some form of statin drugs.

Benefits and risks of statins

Statin drugs are used to lower your cholesterol levels.

Statics   01. Blocks the substance that the body used to make cholesterol.
            02. Assist the re-absorption of cholesterol on the walls of the arteries as plaque.

Statin drugs were produced in 1970s, to lower cholesterol effectively.

Statins and niacin (vit B3) create a risk for the breakdown of skeletal muscles and may cause a life threatening kidney failure.

Any how Niacin in addition to a statin drug can be taken and it has reduced many heart attacks and strokes.

Whatever you do, do it under the monitoring of your physician.

Be healthy and live a long life.
